No i began with thinking i could moderate my drinking down to the glass of wine and ended up having another bottle and a half, im under 7 stone so i was completly ill this morning x

I have not hit 30 days yet - but I know for me - the 12-14 day was the HARDEST. Some reason my brain was really pissed that I was not drinking. I was mourning the loss of my "drinking fun" - then I just pushed through it. I just don't think you're truly "ready" to quit. I wasn't the first few times.
