If not sleeping is an issue there's a bunch of stuff you can do. First, cut down on caffiene as much as you can. Secondly, do the same relaxing activity before bed, reading is always a good choice. This way you train your mind to associate that activity with sleeping. Get a good amount of exercise and force yourself to get up at the same time every time. I used to have serious insomnia, now I sleep like a log.
