When i got out of treatment.I was told to go to 90 meeting,s in 90 day,s........I went to 180 in 90 day,s I was so scared to be out in the real world sober.

I feel for me i needed that many to get a foundation started.I whinned and wimpered at those meeting.s on how hard it was.Than a member took me to the side and said to shut up and just listen for awhile............And I did ............

Being sober come,s from just going one day or one hour at atime........I had day,s I wanted to feel sorry for my self and day,s where I felt strong.When I had a craving I asked GOD to take the craving away.His will be done not mine.......But my mouth to say no not today may-be tomorrow............

The craving,s will get better but I can have a day when that sneekie thought come,s in.....But I play the tape back from the drinking day,s and all that I lost and it make,s me greatful I am sober today................
