Why not think of it as a "can do" list rather than think of it as a routine if your sleep schedule is crazy? If you have a routine that you feel you should stick to but then can't you'll only have another stick to beat yourself with. If you make a "can do" and you get something done, strike it off. Obviously there are some things that you probably need to get done sooner than others so get those done as soon as you can. Then the pressure is off a little. Just an idea.
