Day 4 ..... Again..
Hello SR friends,
It's me.... again.... Was sober almost 2 years and thought I'd be able to drink 'socially' on a vacation (16 months ago). Big mistake! Within the first month, my alcoholic drinking set in. Up until 4 days ago, it was the worst it has ever been. I think I 'tried' every week to quit my habit but always found a reason to have that wine. My family and friends have all been so supportive about helping me get back on track. I appreciate all of them. But I know that only I can do this. I LOVED my life when I was sober. I WILL get it back. My family deserves a mom that sets a good example. Thank you to everyone that posts on here. It is amazing how much we all have in common. I hope that I can help all of you as much as you've helped me in the past.
