My AV must think I'm a soft touch - this morning before going to the shop my AV chimes in 'hey you could get 2 bottles of wine round there' I laughed so then it says 'maybe even 1 would be enough' lol then when I was in the shop it's saying 'go and see if the wine you like is on offer' urrrrgh go away already!

Great jod done to be able to recognize and tackle the AV effectively. The less you feed the monster, the weaker it becomes. It must starve to dealth .If we give up and feed a small drop, the monster will rise like Phoenix from ashes and take away our life..

13 - one of the revelatory things for me with the way the Beast talks TO us. Literally we can hear the AV as not us. "You" should go get a drink. "We" should. Etc.

You noticed that the AV uses the pronoun 'you', as in 'you could buy some wine'. This happened because you have separated that urge from you, as something not you. Important.

I might have looked at my av like that at first as my resolve was being made, but now, my AV looks more like this:

Kinda pathetic as far as monsters go. I don't want to hurt its feelings, so I tell it, Yes, you're a scary one, yes you are! Br-r-r-r-r-r.

The AV is powerless and is only frightening until the realization comes that we make the rules. We have the power. We just have to say so, and mean it.

Lol fresh very rarrrrr - I've just thought of an amazing one for me right now - have you watched the saw films? The films terrify me - the whole concept 'wanna play a game' terrifies me. I always wonder what 'game' he would play with me...

Ha, it was saying, "You could just buy one. You won't be having too much if you just buy one bottle." Cheeky git. I think it also told me that I'd done really well so far and that I could just have a little treat but I sort of hand my fingers in my ears and was singing "La la la!!" at that point.
