Introducing myself :)
Hi my name is Shanna. I have been sober since Nov. 22 2012 (alcoholic) and 5 days cigarette free .

I am the same...I finally got sober on April 30th, and it truly is a journey back to who I was before I let the bottle take control if my life.

Liberating is one word for it!

This forum has been such a place of support for me, I'm sure you will feel comfortable here:-)
