it can seem crazy sometimes
but it is what you think about it ,that counts the most, the more you dismiss it the less it will come up in an oppressive manner

Lol that sums me up to a tee. Mad how you think it's a gd idea if you end up mad. I like my serenity too much now. My peace is great for me and it heals the body n brain. I went berserk from age 13 drinking vodka thought I could drink beer n be ok but I had a thirst only an alcoholic gets n inevitably go bonkers again.

I used to feel the same obsession. Now alcohol is like mayonnaise; something I rarely think about, and when I do, it's totally unappealing. That's why it's so worth struggling through the early days, so down the road, you can live your life without constantly feeling the tug of that leash. Remember why you're doing this, and how drinking really makes you feel. You can do it! :)

Sorry. But yes Father Jack is in my head sometimes too. I like the episode when they go to the city and Father Jack goes to a meeting.
