Hi Ima.

I was always shocked at my inability to control the amounts. I finally had to admit I never knew where it would take me. The last time I decided to have 'a glass' of wine I ended up in a 7-year tailspin after 3 yrs. sober. That experiment almost cost me my life. I agree with Mentium - for me it was less exhausting to just quit.

Over time I learned not to listen to myself in relation to the "just a couple". In the end its easier not to drink, full stop.

Not dure how long ypu bin sober. It gets way easier with time.

Boredom is natures way of alerting you to the spare capacity in your life- get doin- get real-get out-

Im not drunk- my ipad and my fingers dont get on well

If I got a hangover from being bored I'd quit that too, but luckily it goes away by itself, or you find something to do.
