Do I have a problem or not??
I realized I had a problem not because of how much I was drinking (2-3 glasses/night) or what I was drinking (wine), but because I NEEDED it every night. There wasn't a night that went by that I could do without my wine. I thought about it all day long. I cancelled plans (or didn't make plans) so that I could sit at home and drink my wine.
People would probably be shocked if I told them that I thought I had a problem, but I KNEW that I did. The wine was in control.
I'm new here, but I realize now that it isn't necessarily how much and what you drink. Or what others might think. Look inside yourself.
