Yes! Brilliant film about alcoholism in a more modern day setting. Again showing the highs of drinking...then the lows. The scene in the store trying to buy more wine *no spoiler*...oh yes I can relate.

It also shows how you can be young, have a good job, be good looking and still have demons.

Going to watch it now actually, thanks for the reminder

I just watched this again 2nights ago. I own a copy, plus the Lost Weekend. Also love 28 Days, Clean and Sober, When A Man Loves A Woman, etc. I think DOWAR is the best. Jack Lemmon in the green house scene scared the crap outta me. They really knew how to make em' in the old days....
