Help
Raider would you consider inpatient rehab? It is a clean 30 day break, it gives you a head start.
Most programs have what is called family week. The family participates, and goes to classes. It helps them understand the seriousness of what we are dealing with.
I am really sorry that your husband is being so selfish. It is hard enough to do this with a supportive spouse.
I know it is expensive and I know it is a PITA, but this is your life!

Raider pick yourself up splash water on your face and give yourself a pep talk. I gave up every day. For years... Then one day I just keep on going. That was 60 days ago. I'm still green I know butte all have to start somewhere. You start today.

Nah, you don't suck.
I didn't feel too good about myself when drunk either.
Remember when you wrote that it seemed to you that there isn't a trigger for you? There is always a trigger. For everything you do. You just have to find it.
Find your trigger and kick it to the curb. Place a trigger for something good there instead, like feeling good.
You'll get there. Just stay on the forum and you'll get help.
Also, you might want to consider going to your doctor for help with quitting. Since you've had so many relapses, perhaps help from a medical professional will do the trick for you.
