Day 30!
Still feeling exhausted today but a lot better than yesterday. My job is physically demanding so I guess that has a lot to do with the issues in yesterdays post and I think, that because I always had so much alcohol in my system all the time, I was always in a state of fake alertness if that makes sense? but now im guessing my body is now feeling tired etc on its own natural terms. Oh the joys of being normal!! lol
I take normal over fake any day of the week and alcohol can take a running jump into hell! I got 30 days and knowones taking that away from me! YAY! Here's to many more days for us all!

Congrats RJY! I'm on Day 21 and I'm sleepy, too. Like you said, I think it's just my body getting back to normal, and taking time to heal from the toxic amount of alcohol I was consuming. It feels nice to sleep. When I was drinking, it never felt like I got any sleep, just a quick "pass out" between binges.
