Well I really burnt the candle at both ends, I drank the whole bottle of vodka yesterday and now ive got hot flushes, tingling skin, pins and sharp pains. I can keep any fluid down, dry retching. Going to AA today and making a new start. I hate day one, its got to sstop for longer than 6 weeks, my record. I have to learn that this is getting worse and worse and I am killing myself.
Well, ive done before, I know tomorrow will be better, 5 or 6 days time I will feel alive again. I am paranoid, everything is too load, too bright, I know its the detox, Ive been through it before. Still not pleasant, I am sure most of you have been through it. If your think of stopping today too, I wish you luck!

hey tabasco, if it gets really bad, maybe go see your Dr, hope you feel much better very soon and get on your way to being sober, you know it gets worse before it gets better but it will get better, hope AA helps you. L x
