Hi Johnatahn. I think seeing your doctor tomorrow is a great idea. I told my doctor all about the extent of my drinking and it was such a relief. The support i have had since has been invaluable. The doctor should be able to give you advice and assistance. Its not easy to recover on our own. I got as much support as i could and it has all helped with my recovery.Wishing you well.

its all confidential dont worry all you tell the receptionist is that you need an appt, not what its concerning just that its an emergency the rest is fully in confidence with your dr, youll be ok, you need to do this ....
