hello
Just saying hi, I have been a visitor to the forum since I got sober & finally decided to join. It's good to read what other people are doing to keep sober. I read the guidelines about internet safety & about reading the post twice before posting. Good advice I think. I'm an adult child and an alcoholic & what works for me is keeping myself in the best spiritual condition I can, and live in the moment. Practise practice practise 
I struggle with balance & having an awareness of it helps me plus when I'm out of synch I can usually trace it back to something, someone, or some place. I'm learning to like myself it makes me easier to be around, I have a responsibility to the people around me to keep well & give to the world instead of taking. My time for taking is long gone. Oh and occasionally I like to have fun! Thanks for having me & I wish everyone well.

Welcome to SR!!! I lurked here for about 2 years, finally got clean and signed on at 6 months - best decision I ever made!!
