How funny ...
Can't sleep ; so got out of bed went to kitchen and looked for a beer :p Only to realize what I was doing afterwards ... Funny thing is I wasn't craving all day; until NOW; after looking to get a beer :| But stores are closed LOL

I think it was a little of all .. It was habit for me since I work nights; so when off or during the day couldn't sleep I had beers .. As well as boredom; since I am the only one in the house awake :p Not to mention out of anyone I know lol

Hang in there, AW. The craving will pass. I do that sometimes too. I'll see an advert for a new drink and think "oh, I might try that" or I'll see that a shop has wine-tasting and think about going and then I have to remind myself that I don't drink anymore. Probably just habit in my case.
Just that it was funny. Urge\craving past. I have a full day ahead of me tomorrow, so I am all good .. Thanx ..

I'm still having dreams that I'm drinking/using. One time, before I was fully awake, I was telling myself "Now you've blown it, you went and got drunk" but suddenly realized it was only a dream.
The mind can be a funny place ... at least the one between my ears.
