Day 22 Check In ..

Well My Window has slammed shut Still in pain; still only 2 hours sleep; But sober I must say I never really had a craving either like I thought I would today .. But I also didn't rack my nerves by going "out" in public and dealing w\ that whole thing :p That is tomorrows chore ..

First thing in the AM too .. Get that BS out of the way .. Got a ride to the store; and most likely almost positive, will take a taxi here afterwards .. So when all is said and done I should have made it through tomorrow as well .. But not "banking" on anything cause that is when my AV gets me ...

It is still Wednesday plans that have me hung up though Nervous and all . But other then that it has been a pretty great day ...

AW

A pretty great day is still a pretty great day Tell that AV voice it's not welcome in your head! I'm sorry to hear the pain has been so bad. It's difficult to function when there is so little sleep to be had.

For whatever reason my cravings are coming back. I feel like I'm missed in the stratosphere for some strange reason. I'm not heeding the call though. No reason to bake the newly rediscovered serotonin out of my coconut.

This is what concerns me as I realize that I need to stop drinking altogether. I can not drink for 5 days at a time but then the switch goes off and I find it hard to stop myself.
