Anyone feel ashaned to be a mess?
I do, I have been struggling with depression and drinking on lexapro the last few weeks. I'm craving wine, even right now and it's Monday at 12.33pm! I am having fights with my husband, I want a divorce, help with the kids, he wants sex, I am breastfeeding and caring for our two young kids. He helps sometimes but I think childrearing is not something a woman should be doing mostly on her own. He supports us financially, he just works long hours. I'm very grateful for what he does and maybe I should show it more. Or just say so. I'm going to the gym now as its my new thing, I am proud of myself that I joined the gym.
