today is day 8
 

After a week of incredibly mixed emotions I've reached a whole week with no drink! I actually feel more like me, bit vulnerable, little bit scared, but overall happy.

Taking it 24hours at a time, I'm taking my life back.

Being able to talk and post here has helped so much...

Now, here's to another sober week....

That's excellent news to hear! I'm on day 7 sober myself and I cannot believe that Monday will be one full week for me. I didn't know if I could do it at first and Friday was a big challenge for me. You are doing great! Keep it up! :You_Rock_
