Friday night, day 11 feeling good!
 

Hi all, just a quickie. Well I'm now on day 11 it's Friday night and I feel relaxed, happy and content :) my kids are all here for the weekend and I'm just enjoying there company :)

Still having highs and lows but overall feel a lot more stable. I went to my second aa meeting on Wednesday and have arranged some counselling, hopefully that will help me get over my abusive 16 year relationship with my ex and help me regain some confidence.

So pleased i finally made the decision to stop and regain control of my life.

My thoughts are with you all x
