It's possible...
This is just a short post to hopefully give some inspiration for those struggling to stop drinking, accept stopping drinking, or for those questioning if a sober life is possible/worth it.
The simple answer is YES. If it wasn't then there wouldn't be countless people who got sober and remain sober. Over time, the sober life becomes the normal life, and the experiences and feelings of true happiness and peace of mind that come with it spur one on to continue living sober. It is that rewarding that they wish to help other's see that there is a way out. In simple terms, if it wasn't possible and it wasn't worthwhile people wouldn't put so much work into keeping it, they'd simply just drink again.
