Im feeling really tired and withdrawn but im now one day into sobireity onwards and upwards I hope

For me staying sober was the first bit , working on being happy in my own head was the second.

Yer i was still drinking when i had clinical depression diagnosed .

Knowing what i know now, giving up drinking sure would have helped me out back then . Shame 10 years dissapeared as i dug a hole deeper for myself .
