My last trip back to London many months ago started me off on another deep slide and the only reason if Im honest was because I let it. It was a trip rooted in sadness, mourning and death and every other excuse you could think of. But even those excuses were nothing to do with it. I just let it happen.

You're way stronger than that Ken. You've got a real handle on this thing and that is your greatest weapon. We're not at home to Mr. Self Sabotage.
