Two days in the bag.

Hey guys, just finished day two of being sober, feeling better with les cravings, treated myself to a little Ben and Jerrys Chunky Monkey istead of the usual 6 pack of imperial ipa.

HA! I've just had a Magnum for breakfast (That's an ice cream - I'm not chomping bullets)

Congratulations on two sober days!

Beware of the "five-day-feeling." I don't know why, but there have been a lot of post recently from people who feel so bad they plan to never drink again, and then 5 days later they think they have their drinking under control and can hande moderation.

Whether you quit for 5 days or 5 years moderation does not work.

Took me over 40 years to convince myself.

You're off to a good start with the Ben and Jerrys!

Good for you man! Keeping yourself occupied will help the time fly past too.
