Day 8 - Feeling Brand New
Good Day SR,
Day 8 for me and the weather is overcast but I'm feeling sunshine inside. Day 7 was challenging but I got sunshine inside. As usual starting the day with meditation and my pastor's sermon on living with a "Changed Mind" such a powerful piece of work. There really is nothing as powerful as a changed mind and I challenge all of you to work on changing your mindsets.
It's Labor day here in the U.S. and I've so far made it through the long weekend and am very proud of myself. Got alot of work to do today on my personal manifesto today so won't check back in until later. Njoy people and stay focused on the sobriety. |
