Day ?? But since it is a long weekend & I am in the dumps not sure I will be on much this weekend .. In pretty bad pain and my meds ran out b\c my doc has been cutting them back cause, well cause she is a tool .. But wanted to say I will be sober; no doubt about that .. Just sad & lonely I am sure LoL

Sad to say; not much better but am off tonight again .. Not sure that is good or bad though cause work takes me away from my other thoughts :p But hangin' in there Thanx Hayley

Aw : I'll join you in the sad and lonley. What I'm learning is we can't depend in others to make us happy. The older we get the more reason to try and just enjoy being alive , enjoy God's creation. Were only here for a short time

Lots of thunder and lightning here today. My outdoor plans are canceled. No matter though have found a great book and it's a nice way to pass the day.

I don't understand doctors. They're so afraid of the DEA that they don't give the correct, or enough of the correct, medication to people with chronic pain.
