We all had to start there! I don't even think I was in any condition to post on my Day One! If you're at all feeling up to it, force yourself to go for a walk, drink lots of water and try a spoonful of honey!!

Thanks everyone! Feeling ok today. I'm not an everyday alcoholic but an occasional binge drinker. Still an alcoholic I guess. Sigh. Time to stop.
