hello...newly sober

Hi everyone. I am newly sober....going on day 2 and can't wait to be free from the grasp of alcohol. I've made an appointment with a therapist to help me on my path and I'm so thankful I found this message board. It looks like a great tool to use in my recovery. I am tired of the hang overs......black outs....the pain I cause myself and those I love....

Welcome newspring. This place has been a good support and encouragement to me. Just having others that have the same goal and understand the battle. Day 3 for me. The first 2 were the worst.
