6 months
 

Longest time since I was 13 that I didn't have a mind aldurating substance in my system. Weather that be gas, tip ex , hash , weed , alcohol etc.
it's only now that I'm looking at what my life was like at a distance. It's Been a dramatic change. It's for the better for sure. Aa n ca have helped me enormously. I was a cynic against these sort of programmes for a good part of my struggles with booze n drugs. They have pointed me in the right direction.
I am grateful.
