less Black and puffy just a few days. Their smaller now after 2 weeks but it's all relative.

Suggestion: Put raw cucumbers or raw honey over your eyes. That should help with the bagginess....otherwise, they should go away after a time, as long as you get rest and don't drink.

What helped me was going very low sodium, drinking tons of water with a bit of lemon juice, and sleeping with my head slightly elevated.

Raw potato slices are another emergency measure like cucumber slices.

Chef, I have a stick thing from Avon that moisturises around the eyes. It's not perfumed, so you could use one if your wife gets avon? Failing that, pop some of her moisturiser into the fridge over night and pop some of that on
