Even though I am only on day 6...
 

I thought to myself this morning that I have been sober about 36 out of 38 days or so (I try not to count day by day as my goal is weeks, months, years).

It's not perfect of course but I decided to go ahead and pat myself on the back anyway.

I KNOW my body is thanking me for my efforts. How could it not considering the last 10-15 years?

The most improved part of my life by far at this point is my sleep. For a while it didn't seem like it would ever improve. Now I am sleeping like a baby.

The challenge is of course just in it's infancy stages but the one thing I know for sure... I've got this thing today :-)

I hope everyone finishes off their weekend sober and has a good one!

Bob, do you have a plan to remain sober? Or are you still trying to wing it on your own?
