Congrats on 90 days, LB! I had a lot of dreams about drinking accidentally then feeling really upset about it. My dreams are very powerful so I'm always very upset even after I wake up. I think I was just processing my fear of falling off the wagon and never being able to get back on again...anyhow, we do process a lot of stuff when we're sleeping so I guess it's normal so many of us have had these dreams.
Hope tonight brings you dreams of sitting on a beautiful beach drinking...ginger ale! Or whatever your non-alcoholic drink may be.

Congrats on 90 days! Drinking dreams are a blessing; poignant reminders without damage. I embrace my relapse dreams for many of the same reasons...they often teach a lesson without any real consequence.

I've had dreams about smoking cigarettes 10 years now after the fact. They are disappointing, but I felt sick dreaming that I drank. I felt mentally weak after that even though it was a dream.

Congratulations LB on your 3 months, you deserve to feel proud when you get/got your chip. As they say "you've come a long way baby" and now deserve the fruits of your labor.
