Cool. Well, all I can tell you is to go slow. Try to get your mind out of your mind, you know. The physical stuff was bound to happen. I don't know how much you were using, but the symptoms of withdrawal are clearly there.
Stay close to the phone just in case. Do not hesitate to dial 911 if you feel like you're going to lose it. Keep posting here as much as you can.

I am Jenn. I dont have any expirence with pain meds but have had detoxed ox chrystal meth. It is some crazy stuff.
You said you are on Eastern time right? That mean it is 6:00 there right? Are you still alone?

betterdays, how ya doin i am new around here my self dont really have much advice for ya. except to hang in there and feel free to go to the ER if your BP and HR get scary. drink some hot tea, pleanty of H20 and remember to breethe.

We're glad your here, have you tried calling NA? You'll find a great fellowship of support, and they will come to you and help you through this difficult part. Please take care, go to the ER if it get's to bad. We're here for you.
