One Day At A Time - Today is 3
Starting day three. Got through the past two fine, and I'm feeling good now. Well, good considering all that's happened in the past few days. I'm not looking forward too far, but a quiet, alcohol-free weekend at home with my family is very needed.

Thank you! Hope you all have a great weekend too. I am frightened and anxious, but I am committed to staying in the moment. That's honestly all I can handle right now. Going to bed and hopefully waking up feeling better.
