I think it's because your body gets used to getting the extra sugar from booze (even beer and spirits not mixed with sugary stuff turn to sugar in your body) so you start to crave sweets. Depending on how much you drank, you may come out even on the calorie intake. I decided to focus on the booze problem for now and tackle the new snacking problem later. :) |
