hungry

I am at day 7and doing pretty good. I am normally a small and healthy eater. I usually don't even like desserts. Right now I am drinking real Coke and eating cheese crunch I am still eating good food, but the sugar and junk are making me feel so much less anxious

It's very normal.Alcohol has a very high sugar content and when we our quit our bodies look to get that sugar elsewhere

I'm usually a healthy eater too, but I've been a snacking fool the last three weeks. The sugar cravings seem to be normal, too. I think it's because your body gets used to getting the extra sugar from booze (even beer and spirits not mixed with sugary stuff turn to sugar in your body) so you start to crave sweets. Depending on how much you drank, you may come out even on the calorie intake. I decided to focus on the booze problem for now and tackle the new snacking problem later. :)
