Guys!!


I've been making hibiscus tea concentrate and mixing it with soda water, lemon slices, and honey/agave/simple syrup on ice! It's great! And I hear hibiscus helps lower blood pressure.
One of my many reasons to quit alcohol was my doctor telling me my bp was goin up...

I'd look it up and fact check that but I hear good things! I also just now learned that pregnant women aren't supposed to have hibiscus.... It is a medicinal plant yes but can cause some problems. Same for raspberry leaf and that family of pain killing herbs...
