hi karson,,,,I do a few things ,,I walk a lot, while im walking I'm praying,,i have a crucifx in my hand and i'm talking to JESUS.and he is talking to me,i ask for everything I need help at,i also thank him for answering my prayers and helping me,,never forget to thank you hp.i also listen to music,,beatles,joan baez,supremes,dave clark 5 etc I think im showing my age,,,haha. I pray all day long.i do things around the house,or help my wife and kids as much as I can.i go to a few aa mtgs,church,adoration chapel,,i spend an hour with jesus there,,,,,i like go fishing,camping,go for a nice hike in the woods,,,i try to keep busy,,myself and my mind,,,keep your mind busy so you won't start thinking about drinking or using.do things you may like to do,,,pray for help,,,,,if you may have noticed prayer is my strongest tool in my aa toolbox,,,,,i hope I helped you,,,,remember "JLY"
