Kalye,
Definitely see your doctor. You are putting yourself through hell unecessarily. Your Doctor can help you take the edge off these symptoms and get you through the first few days. There is no Nobility and making yourself suffer more than you have to.
Let us know how you made out today.

Hey. Was reading my old threads. I am going through the same thing all over again. Imagine! At home, not at work. I made an appointment at a treatment facility for next week. I can't believe I put myself here (hungover, withdrawing and missing work) two days before emplooyee reviews. I'm sure they will say something or fire me. I want to crawl in a hole.
Via your Human Resources office or HR manager at work. But it can be done by the administration at the hospital/detox/rehab center too so you don't have to.
What's most important now is seeking help. Call your local AA hotline or call the facility you are going to next week and tell them it's an emergency ( assuming you feel it is ) and need help today. If they can't help you they can tell you who can. Or get to the Emergency Room/Urgent care. They can also refer you to whatever type of treatment you need.
