Day 6
 

Hi All,
Day 6 and looking forward to a good day. Yesterday I didn't play golf very well and the 'victim' attitude started creeping in....fortunately I was able to pull my gratitude list up in my head and the stupid alcoholic feeling disapated....
how stupid to obsess over a game but that's what happens!
I will continue to keep that list foremost today and not let the "evil beast" get in my head!! Wish me luck!
