10 days sober
 

This is all so scary to me. I decided to join this sight to hopefully hear that I am not alone and I am not crazy for feeling the way I do. I have only been sober for 10 days and today was the hardest of them all. But on a good note I am starting to feel better physically.

there are really good people here, look all around the forums there are great ideas and stories from people that have surprisingly similar experiences , ask, post, everyone has been very welcoming to me, I am new here too
