Hi Sherrie. I remember it well ( 4 days ago in my case). I felt a LOT better though, sipping boiled water with sugar (I couldn't eat at that point) and drinking as much water as possible.
Good news is - day5 is usually a whole lot better
Well done and welcome to SR xx

Hi Sherrie!
At this stage, its important to start moving!
Make a list then go for a walk. Clean the house. Rearrange your furniture. Wash your car. Wash the dog. Plant some flowers. Clean out your fridge. Go see a movie. Go get a manicure. Then do it all over again if you have to do but start moving!
Good luck and God Bless

Hi Sherrie...I see you are from my old stomping ground (I grew up in Pomona). Everyone has a different time of things. I shook like a leaf for a week. Do what you feel up to doing, even if it's just the dishes today, but accomplish something...you will feel better. Day five is terrific...you are almost over your first week. Have you been to a meeting? You will find much support there! I had to go through a medical withdrawal recently (Lyrica) and I binge watched a bunch of television. If you have Netflix I highly recommend "Orange is the New Black"! Delicious.

If you look towards the top right hand of the web page ,I think where you log in, you should see"Welcome Sherrie" and a few lines below that you should see "private messages". I think you click there for your messages.
