Unhappy Hi all I'm new here...

I've struggled with chronic pain for over 7 years due to a horrible car accident. 2 spinal surgeries , physical therapy, injections, real therapy, medications... You name it. I've done it. Well even though my pain is legit, I just had a baby and want to give him the best of me. So I detoxed yesterday and my dr put me on suboxone to ween and so I can care for my family. I think I'm struggling with the "not feeling high" aspect. My pain is at a 7 but I want to give this a chance. I was sick of feeling cloudy. I don't feel cloudy now, but that's the problem. Lol I'm able to think clearly and I have racing thoughts and I'm trying to adjust to my new mind and body.

Ps : I'm trying to get into chat from my iPhone but it won't let me... Any ideas?

Much Love

Maybe I need to just take it easy. I thought the detox was over cause of the suboxone but I don't feel 100%. I feel better but my mind is ****** and my back pain is through the roof

Hi SoCalJaim, I do not have much to offer you except a big welcome. My drug of choice (DOC) is alcohol so I have no experience with your situation. I am sure others will be along shortly to offer support and advice.

I also cannot help with the chat from your phone because I am old and only use my fancy Iphone to make phone calls and text.

Congratulations on your decision to get healthier, I wish you the best of luck on your journey.

Welcome! I've had a bit of trouble getting onto chat as I've had issues with Java, but the forums are great! Good to see you here, SoCalJaim.
