BLAH!

In lieu of drinking this evening, I will be washing my sheets. Silver lining!!! Ha!

The first week is the hardest, but all the various instabilities settle in time- and it can be amazing how we can bounce back , given time

For me I was done with night sweats on night 3.
My feet would be freezing and the rest of my body would be soaked with sweat.

Mine seemed to last about a week, but then I would usually relapse, so not sure. .. Stay hydrated with lots of water, Gatorade, limit your caffeine and not too much sugar. I dilute my Gatorade with water and make sure my hoodie sweater is nearby for those annoying hot cold spells.
