Side effect questions
Thanks everyone. I may see a doc, if I get to feeling worse, but I will wait at least another day or two. As I said, I dont have the shakes, and im not vommitting. I am tired but im a bit of a health nut and feel that my daily jogging would be more bennificial than counter productive. Ill see how I feel tomorrow though. im just sick of being bloated. its worse than the insomnia.

If you want to get rid of the sugar cravings without eating refined white sugar, I highly recommend raw honey. It is sweet and shock full of vitamins and probiotics. Eat it plain or on toast or mix into cereal. You can get it at health food stores.
