So, did some drinking. Nothing monumental, but the frequency was increasing. For my health i need to take this more seriously. Starting today. I have been running which is great, but having two great days, and drinking my face off doesn't help.

How do I know I have a problem? I want to just stop. I talk myself into it, but I don't want to. I'm so mad at myself in the morning. Oy.

So anyway, hi again!

Not ambivalent at all, just haven't decided to believe in myself. It's time though. The fact that I keep trying is good news. Just going to chip away at it one day at a time!
