What a drunk weekend
What a drunk weekend
Saturday night was terrible for me. I drank 6 cases of 12 with a buddy of mines, went to the club, drank wisky and shot of patron to wake up knocked out on my front porch with a broken phone, lost wallet and scratches all over my body?
I sound like a broken record but I think I need to stop. Back to day 1 smh

I wish you the best.
You do know it's Tuesday?
So Saturday is becoming less and less relevant.
If you keep drinking, Saturday really won't matter anymore.
Just chalk it up in the "drunken adventures" column.
You have today. You posted and that's a start. You deserve to recover.
If you have alcoholism, you are lucky and have one of the most treatable illnesses.
I'd love to hear that you put the bottle down,
chose some type of recovery program,
get sober, be of service to others.
You can do it if you want it. Just not alone.

Ring up an AA hotline talk with someone there....you don't have to go to a meeting alone...actually I wouldn't suggest that....usually someone might take your number and arrange to have members call you and go to meeting....
Just one possibility

That could make it very tough for you to stick to your plan of sobriety.
I know if I had my friends showing up with alcohol and in a party mood it would make it difficult for me.
Maybe there is some way you can relate to them that you'll be laying off booze for a while,so they don't catch you off guard.

Hi ghostface, Good job on day 1. Coming to a sobriety site is a good move. Having a broken phone and all those other consequences is the result of drinking. Drinking was the cause. I don't believe you would have those problems if no alcohol was involved. Choose sobriety. Life is much better than that. You can do it. Love and hope to you.
