Welcome Ryan. I have only just joined this site but I have been surfing here for months and it has definitely helped and encouraged me - and I have learnt sooo much from the wisdom and experience so honestly and generously given here. You've made a great step forward today.:ring

Hi Ryan, and well done for recognising that you have a problem and for wanting to do something about it. I suggest checking out as many threads as your aching fingers will allow, get to know your fellow recoverers ( recoverees???) it took courage to write your first post, I hope you find all the help and advice you want here
