Hi again Fidox. The AV part of AVRT stands for addicted voice. You can Google avrt and you want the one on Rational Recovery website and search SR for it also, for a better explanation than I could give. It is a technique for dealing with the evil voice that tries to get one to be bad. It works well for me.

Pretty much Zoe!! Followed up with 'if you were breast feeding you wouldn't have this problem' my son was 10 weeks old... Gotta love the nhs!! Just useless!! Xxxxxx
