I have been eating really healthy! But I think it's going to take more time than normal to feel that burst of energy and be able to act on it as I have severe osteoarthritis, Lymes Disease and gout--so I deal with daily, chronic pain (and not taking meds at all for pain)...although the pain is not as bad as when I was drinking.
